Causes of belt damage

Transmission belt installation method
Turn off the power, remove the protective cover, tighten the bolts of the motor assembly, move the motor to loosen the belt, and remove the old belt.Select the proper belt, clean the clutch pulley and remove old belt residue, glass, oil and debris.Put one side in, then roll the pulley to make the other side rotate, don’t pry the belt, you can use the belt replacement tool to assist the installation.Installation and running-in: Change the vehicle speed and engine speed to make the belt move within the normal working range.
